Comments: I just recently moved to Oakland from Marin, so when I brought my Audi in to be serviced and to have some brake issues taken care of, I didn't know what to expect.  I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I was given.  Les took care of me and was thorough and kept me informed throughout the day on the progress of my car.  The shuttle was quick and on time and my car was back, washed and ready by mid-afternoon.  I hate dealing with car "stuff", so this made the good experience that much better.  Thank you to Les and all who worked to get my car done so efficiently.  -Danielle

The customer service there is horrible. I have never been treated so badly. I really have felt like an inconvience to them the minute after they took my $33,000.00 check. The employees there are unhappy, arrogant and unprofessional. The minute I went to Oakland Audi, I was treated with repect. Les treated me as if we have been working together for years. I really apprieciate that level of service. Les took it a step further to walk me to my car and explain several things that my sales person did not at Sonnen.

I feel after coming from a less than adequate Audi dealership myself, and now having an 06 Z4 BMW and servicing that, Audi of Oakland is by far the best service I have come to expect. I've been taken advantage of many times by dealers, body shops, and I learn from it. I'm glad I have a place for my Audi to take where I can get quality and dependable service every time! I know I cannot build a relationship the way I have here at other dealerships, and this relationship has definitely made me pick my next car as an Audi, which would make it my 3rd total! I'm a full time student with a part time job. Money is the last thing I want to shell out. These guys get me in and out fast!
